7th Graders win 5th straight Football Crown, 5th Graders are Runners-up!

The seventh grade team won their fifth consecutive championship with a comeback 14-12 victory over OLSH at Roger Bacon Stadium on Sunday.  This was the only team to have beaten St. James during the regular season, and the first to have beaten them since third grade.  Congratulations to the boys, Coach Nate Sexton, and his staff on another title.

 

The fifth grade team coached by Paul Reynolds fell just short in their championship bid, as they lost 14-0 to OLSH on Sunday in the CYO title game.  The boys finished 7-3-1 after a 4^th place finish during the regular season, and they managed to knock off the #1 seed Cardinal Pacelli/St. Mary's team during the playoffs.  Congrats to the boys and coaches on a great season.
