  • CORNTOSS TOURNAMENT - $2,000

  • UMPIRE/OFFICIATING FEES - $21,300
  • GYM RENTAL - $17,000
  • TOURNAMENT FEES - $13, 500
  • (TIE) SPORTS EQUIPMENT & LEAGUE FEES - $10,400
  • UTILITIES - $8,300
As you can see, fundraising is most important for this organization to continue to help serve our families. Your help is needed to make sure we are not giving away food and drink from our concession areas, that all are paying gate fees at the field and also during our basketball tournaments. It only hurts the kids if we don’t raise the most we can from our events and fundraisers. The board will be working hard to explore more revenue generation for the remainder of the year, so please feel free to share any ideas you have with a board member.
In case you wondered, last fiscal year, our membership was approximately 410 families, which generated almost enough monies to pay for the umpires / officials!
 
GYM RENTAL  includes gym time at St. James, St. Clare, St. Pius, and some Northwest school gyms.
